As the owners of the Australian Adventure Activity Standards, the Outdoor Council of Australia is asking the industry for feedback on areas that need to revised, updated or considered for change. As a tool that the industry will rely upon to guide best practice it is important these guidelines are current and continue to be the best practice for the industry.

In addition the Outdoor Council of Australia has been approached via Outdoors NSW & ACT from the Australian Slacklining Association on endorsing a new Good Practice Guide for Slacklining and Highlining. This is now on our website for industry consultation until 30th May 2022 to ensure we gain industry comment and recommendations to ensure it meets the standard that the AAAS stand by in guiding the industry in risk management and operational best practice.
